TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When ordering, the purchase agreement is valid for the purchase only when Donley.eu has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order is received by Donley.eu. If delivery is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your purchase at no cost as long as the package has not completed. Donley.eu has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old, and Donley.eu must be able to determine the customer’s home address.
Prices
We have no minimum order limit – you can choose as many products you want. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, changes in stocks and obvious typographical errors. Donley.eu cannot be held responsible for circumstances where we have no control. FedEx (Overseas) and UPS (in Europe) are used for the transport of mail and packages, and we follow the Swedish Law of Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005: 59). If you are under 18 years old, it requires the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. In cases where invoices are not paid before the due date, will be charged interest at base rate + 9.00%. The last measure is debt collection. By ordering in our online store, you agree to the Terms of Donley.eu.
Freight
- 49 Euros for AUS, CYP, NZL, SGP, UAE & ZAF
- 9 Euros for rest of the world
Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay. If the parcel is not collected we will charge you for upcoming costs.
Payment options/terms
Equestrian Stockholm uses Klarna, PayPal (possible with Amex) and Debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Gift Card codes as payment methods for international orders. For PayPal, customers need to be registered at PayPal. More information can be found on PayPal’s website. We display our products in several currencies other than Euro, this is for estimation purposes using an exchange service, the checkout and shopping cart page will always be shown in Euros.
Deliveries
Orders made before 12.00 on non-holiday weekdays are processed the same day and are typically delivered within 1-4 days within Sweden.
International orders may be delivered within 2-10 business days. FedEx (Overseas) and UPS (in Europe) are used for the transport of packages for our global customers.
‘Days’ in this sense is referred to business days Monday-Friday.
We reserve all stock items to may be sold out before we can update the site. In this case, we will contact the customer with more information and new estimated delivery. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost if the item is not in stock. The packages are delivered by mail or another carrier to deliver.
Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Delivery delays
Sometimes arise delivery delays by our suppliers beyond our control. This may occur, for example when a supplier can not meet its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay is accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you of the delivery is delayed. You as a customer the right to cancel the purchase at no cost at the delivery delay.
Transportation
Donley.eu is responsible for transportation to our customers. You and transportation company assumes the risk of returning to us.
Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is essential that you check your order immediately. If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@donley.eu
Right of withdrawal and purchase
Private Customers under the Distance Contracts have the right to return 30 days. This means that the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 30 days after they have received the goods. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/return of goods, the customer is responsible for the return shipment.
Donley.eu offers its customers also the option to send their return within 30 days from the date after they have received the goods. This only applies to unused products.
Claims
Sent a product back to us for replacement/return and the product’s use, send the product back to the customer with an invoice of 30 EURO for the return shipping/administration. It is of outmost importance that the product is not used in replacement/return and that all patches and embalage should be included in the shipment of goods.
Refunds
The return is always paid to the same account (Klarna/PayPal/Mastercard/Visa/American Express) used to purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and accepted the return.
Reservations
We reserve the right for changes in prices caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Learn more about unforeseen events during the Force Majeure below.

Not collected packages
If your package arrives at a distribution point is sent a notification via email or SMS to you. You, the customer is responsible for the mobile phone number, the address and the email address you entered is correct.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 30 Euro.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and similar circumstances beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep that agreement/pledge, shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfil that contract.
