You can track your order via the tracking link which you will receive in a confirmation email once your order is completed.

Additionally, you can search your inbox and spam folder in the case that the email has ended up there instead.

The delivery time will vary depending on where you live. 

Within the EU, standard delivery takes 2-5 working days. 

Outside the EU, standard delivery takes 5-10 working days. 

During busy shopping times, like holidays or big sales (Black Week,) delivery time might be slightly longer.

Unfortunately, our customer care team cannot provide you with any additional information other than the tracking link provides you with in your confirmation email.  

You always get free shipping when you shop for 150€ or more! (excluding AUS, NZL, UA, CY, SA, UAE, Singapore and RUS).

Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur are the responsibility of the customer to pay. If the parcel is not collected we will charge you for upcoming costs.

  • 9 Euro for worldwide shipping (except AUS, NZL, RUS, SA, UA, UAE, CY, SGP)
  • 49 Euro for shipping to Russia, Australia and New Zealand, Ukraine, Cypern, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and South Africa

The reason might be that your order hasn't been processed yet, or that the email has ended up in your spam folder. 

You can also check with your bank to see if the transaction has gone through.

No, unfortunately you can not combine discount coupon codes with other codes or products that are on sale.

Yes, you can combine multiple gift cards from us. If you experience trouble combining gift cards, please contact our Customer Service Team.
